- that the basic features of the goods can be found on the website www.bebastina.com;
- that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014), purchases through our sales website www.bebaclino.com are considered distance sales;
- that the goods sold through the website www.bebastina.com possess the properties necessary for the regular use of that type of goods in accordance with its purpose as defined in the Declaration;
- that the conformity of the goods with the contract is determined EXCLUSIVELY according to the properties and purpose of the goods as defined in the corresponding Declaration;
- that the selling price of the goods is indicated with each item;
- that the goods delivery service is displayed in the cart when entering the delivery address;
- we deliver the purchased goods within 3-10 working days via the Bex courier service
- that the possibility of purchasing goods with special price benefits and/or with special sales incentives (promotional sales) is carried out in accordance with the conditions published on the website www.bebastina.com;
- that the consumer buys goods via the website www.bebastina.com can pay by cash on delivery at the time of delivery, as well as by payment to the company's account using the information specified in the purchase order when ordering;
- that the consumer assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods by pressing the CONFIRM button when creating the purchase order;
- that in case of receiving the goods, the consumer finds that the size is not appropriate, the consumer has the right to exchange the article within 14 days for another size, unless the product is personalized at the request of the buyer
- that in the case of receiving the goods, the consumer finds that the item wants to be exchanged for another item, which may be larger, smaller or of the same price category as the one previously ordered, the consumer can exchange the item within 14 days, unless the product is personalized at the customer's request
- that in the case of receipt of the goods, the consumer does not want to keep them, he has the right to cancel the contract and refund the amount of the paid purchase price for the goods in question, within 14 days, unless the product is personalized at the request of the buyer ;
- that for goods ordered through the ONLINE store, the consumer has the right to file a complaint about the already used product, in the manner defined for goods purchased through the ONLINE store.

We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices, including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer information is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this information to perform their work. Employees of the company Bebastina doo are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
PRICE OF GOODS
The price of the individual item can be found under the item overview, on the item page and in the basket. VAT is included in the price of the individual item, but shipping costs are not included. As soon as you add items to the cart, the shipping costs will be visible in the cart.
The price of the item that was visible at the time of purchase is valid. All prices are current and regularly updated.
Product availability and prices are subject to change due to out-of-stock situations, as well as typographical errors or incorrectly displayed prices. In the case of an incorrectly displayed price, we will try to correct it as soon as possible;
Complaints
When picking up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage on it (torn parts and bruises), you should not pick up the package. In this case, please call us on the number 0611712804 or send us an e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone) to the address bebac.info@gmail.com and state the reason why you refused to collect the package. We will inform you about further action as soon as possible.
If you have received the shipment and after opening the package you find that the delivered goods do not match the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is not correct, please call us by phone at 0611712804, or send an e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone number) to bebac.info@gmail.com and describe the problem you are having.
If non-conformities appear on the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer can declare a complaint orally, in writing by calling the contact phone number 0611712804 or electronically by sending an e-mail to the address bebac.info@gmail.com.
Please write the following information:
- Your invoice-order number
- Item name and size you want to advertise
- Description of the problem you are having
In the shortest possible time, and no later than within 8 days from the day of receipt of the written or electronic complaint, we will respond to the reported complaint and inform you about the further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment it is submitted.
- In the case of returning the goods to the buyer who previously paid for the goods to the courier, i.e. cash on delivery, the costs of returning the goods are not borne by Bebastina doo, but the cost falls on the buyer.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS
1. If the non-conformity appears within six months from the date of transfer of risk to the consumer, the consumer has the right, at his own choice, to:
1. elimination of a defect in the product;
2. exchange of the purchased defective product for a new correct product;
3. reduction or refund of the price paid according to the attached invoice.
2. If the non-conformity appears after the expiry of six months from the date of transfer of risk to the consumer, the consumer has the right to:
1. elimination of a defect in the product;
2. exchange of the purchased defective product for a new correct product;
3. appropriate reduction of the price or termination of the contract if elimination of non-conformity is not possible by repair or replacement, all in accordance with the provisions of Article 52 of the Law on Consumer Protection of the RS.
In any case, the consumer does not have the right to terminate the contract if the non-conformity of the goods is insignificant.
Delivery
Delivery of goods
We deliver the ordered items on the territory of the Republic of Serbia , that is, in all places where delivery and collection by the courier service Bex is possible.
Delivery time
After you have completed the ordering process by clicking on the "Confirm" button, you will automatically receive a confirmation email about a successful purchase to your e-mail address, which you registered when filling out the data. This means that your order has entered the processing and shipping process and you can expect delivery within 3-10 working days, depending on availability or desired personalization.
Only in case of ambiguities or any problems related to your order, our operator will contact you.
Delivery time for orders is 3-10 working days. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.
Picking up the shipment
Couriers bring shipments to the delivery address on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Please ensure that during this period there is a person at the address who can collect the shipment. When picking up the shipment, you need to visually inspect the package to make sure there are no visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to receive the shipment and immediately notify us and file a complaint with the courier service.
If the shipment is apparently undamaged, feel free to collect the shipment and sign the courier's address book.
The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. The usual practice is for the courier to call you on the phone you left when creating the purchase order and arrange a delivery date. If he does not find you at the address and you do not answer the phone, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to establish the reason for non-delivery and to agree on resending.
Delivery price
The delivery price is from 550.00 - 850.00 dinars including VAT, depending on the weight of the package .

Notification of the delivery price will be sent to your e-mail when the ordering process has been successfully completed, along with the order specification.
