Maintenance procedure:
- Delicate machine wash at 40°C
- Drying in a dryer is not allowed.
- Ironing is allowed.
Delivery
Delivery is made by the courier service Bex.
After sending, delivery will be on the next working day. The courier service tries to deliver two days in a row, and if it is not delivered, the package is returned to the sender.
You can always arrange with the courier to leave the package in the warehouse or the nearest package shop so that they can pick it up at a time that suits you best.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO CONTACT THE COURIER THE MOMENT THEY CALL.
RETURN AND COMPLAINT
REFUNDS
The customer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days from the day the product was delivered to him, without giving any reason. EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF PERSONALIZATION.
If the product is personalized, no return or exchange is possible.
The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered (undamaged, without signs of wear and washing), in the original packaging with all declarations and labels.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where there was a delivery error by the Seller.
Attached are a few simple steps to return the order:
1. Fill out this form – enter the requested information accurately and clearly.
2. Pack the goods - return the product in its original condition, with the receipt (which you received by email or in the order), with all labels and in the original packaging.
3. Attach the form – insert the completed form into the package with the goods.
4. Send the package - send the goods to the seller's address (BEBASTINA DOO, Bulevar Despota Stefana 32, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia) at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Wait for a refund or a replacement product - after receiving the goods, the seller is obliged to make a refund or replacement within 14 days.
